I managed to get an original remote control for my older Metz TV there. So we didn't have to get used to a new one, and the switch was very easy. Just put in the batteries, and everything worked perfectly. Finally, the remote works as it should. The ordering process was excellent. I received confirmation, and shipping was very fast, even though there was no tracking. I would order again in a heartbeat, and if we lived closer, I would definitely use their service. Thank you!

Our TV wasn't working, and we were looking for a TV technician, which isn't easy to find these days. I found Radio TV Friedrich online. I called in the morning, and someone was already here in the afternoon. Absolutely competent. The problem was quickly identified and fixed. Their friendly and approachable manner is also not something you can take for granted these days. We are completely satisfied. We now know where we'll go for all our TV needs in the future.
